Introduction

I provide therapy for teens, adults, and couples throughout Oregon via telehealth, with in-person sessions held in Downtown Portland. My approach is grounded in the understanding that we don’t exist in a vacuum; we make meaning through our relationships, our histories, and our environments. I view therapy not as a process of "fixing" a defect, but as an unflinching exploration of what it means to be you in a world that is often overwhelming. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a practical scaffolding, alongside Narrative and Attachment-based lenses, to help you move from reactive patterns toward intentional agency. Therapy is a space to slow down and listen to the signals—whether they arrive as anxiety, grief, identity shifts, or the weight of life transitions. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we work to make sense of the "descent" and the moments where old answers no longer suffice. Together, we’ll build the gear necessary to face uncertainty with clarity and re-author a path that honors your history while reclaiming your future. If you are ready to look at what is no longer working and move toward a more connected, intentional life, I am glad you are here.
