Reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, especially when you are used to being the person others rely on. My goal is to offer a space where you can set down some of that weight, speak honestly, and feel heard without judgment. As a pre-licensed clinician with several decades of experience in emergency services and working full time as a Deputy Fire Chief for a career fire department, I understand that stress, trauma, burnout, and life changes can affect every area of life. I am especially interested in supporting first responders and others who may feel pressure to “push through” on their own. Together, we can identify what is getting in the way, build practical tools for coping, and work toward the life and relationships you want. I provide services under clinical supervision.
