I believe that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. My hope is to create a safe, welcoming space where curiosity is encouraged and you can show up exactly as you are. A space where curiosity becomes a doorway to healing, and where your body and nervous system are attended to and honored. Together, we’ll explore the deeper layers of your experiences and gently reconnect you with the parts of yourself that need care, compassion, and room to breathe. I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, chronic stress, and the lingering impact of difficult life experiences. Many of the people I work with feel disconnected—from themselves, from others, or from a sense of meaning in their lives. I help clients make sense of these patterns while cultivating a greater feeling of safety, belonging, and wholeness. My approach integrates the mind and body with a strong grounding in somatic therapy, attachment work, and polyvagal theory. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other trauma-informed modalities to support healing on both a psychological and physiological level. Together, we’ll build the capacity to listen to your body’s wisdom, soothe your nervous system, and move toward a more balanced, grounded way of being. Within the therapeutic space and relationship, I bring warmth, humility, and a grounded, down-to-earth presence—with a sense of humor when it feels right. I see therapy as a collaborative partnership where your inner experiences, your hopes, and your goals lead the way. I would be honored to support you as you create more space, ease, and connection in your life.
