If you've found yourself here, chances are you've been carrying more than anyone realizes. Maybe you've experienced trauma, emotional abuse, narcissistic relationships, childhood wounds, or years of feeling like you had to survive instead of truly live. Perhaps you've been told you're "too sensitive," questioned your own reality, or wondered why healing feels so difficult even after you've tried so hard. The truth is, you're not broken. Trauma isn't what happened to you—it's what happened inside of you as a result of what happened. The good news is that healing is possible. I'm Dawn Bouillion, a Licensed Professional Counselor and trauma therapist who helps people heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex PTSD, and the lasting effects of emotional and narcissistic abuse. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to reconnect with yourself. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique story. I incorporate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, cognitive behavioral strategies, and other trauma-informed approaches to help clients understand what trauma has done to their nervous system so they can move beyond surviving and begin truly living. I believe healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reclaiming the person trauma convinced you you couldn't be. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship wounds, or the impact of complex trauma, you don't have to face it alone. Healing is possible, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey.
