I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. As a therapist, I bring both professional training and personal lived experience to my work. Following the loss of my husband, Jeremy, who was killed in the line of duty, I gained a profound understanding of grief, trauma, resilience, and the challenges of rebuilding life after devastating loss. This experience has deepened my compassion for individuals navigating grief, trauma, life transitions, caregiver stress, relationship challenges, and the unique experiences of first responder and public service families. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process their experiences, discover their strengths, and move toward healing at their own pace. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and the belief that even in life's most difficult moments, growth, meaning, and hope remain possible. I am licensed in VA, SC, and NJ (37PC00286100) and NC (S13377).
