Introduction

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults of all genders. I believe effective mental health care begins with feeling heard, understood, and respected. My goal is to get to know you as a whole person—not simply focus on a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. I work with men and women experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, and sleep difficulties. I take a collaborative approach to treatment, working with you to understand what you’re experiencing, identify what may be contributing to your symptoms, and develop a treatment plan that feels right for you. I have a special interest in women’s mental health, perimenopause, and menopause. Hormonal changes during these stages of life can have a profound impact on mood, anxiety, sleep, energy, concentration, and overall quality of life. I help women navigate these changes through an individualized approach that may include menopausal hormone therapy, psychiatric medication management, and lifestyle considerations, when appropriate. I also work with women experiencing premenstrual mood symptoms, postpartum depression, sexual health concerns, and other mental health changes related to reproductive and hormonal transitions. Whether you’re seeking help for something you’ve struggled with for years or are noticing changes that are affecting your life more recently, you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I str
