Introduction

I know that feeling of being stuck—when you've tried to work through challenges alone but progress feels impossible. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship strain, or the weight of old patterns, I'm here to help you find your way forward. As a counselor, I work with individuals, couples, and families to understand how our past shapes our present, and how recognizing those patterns creates real, lasting change. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with psychodynamic and family therapy techniques, giving you both insight and practical tools. I specialize in substance use and addiction, codependency, life transitions, and women's issues—and I'm committed to creating a space where you feel genuinely heard and understood without judgment. Whether you're navigating seasonal depression, communication struggles, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I believe healing happens when we connect the dots and work together. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. I provide monthly Superbills to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. You don't have to do this alone.
