Introduction

I'm a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist and Licensed Addiction Counselor committed to helping individuals from diverse backgrounds build a brighter, healthier future. I strive to create a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space where clients can openly explore life's challenges, stressors, and traumatic experiences. My experience includes working with individuals, children, and families navigating poverty, neglect, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, depression, parenting challenges, stress, substance use, and other mental health concerns. I have worked in various settings, including home-based, community-based, and outpatient therapy. My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe each person has unique needs and strengths, and I tailor sessions to support individual goals and growth. I recognize the courage it takes to seek help and offer a compassionate, respectful, and supportive environment where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we will develop practical strategies to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. You don't have to face life's challenges alone.
