It’s easy to look like you’re holding everything together on the outside, while inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. I became a therapist because I’ve always cared deeply about understanding people and what they carry beneath the surface, especially how stress and life transitions can quietly build over time. I work with people who feel this way and are tired of carrying it on their own. On the outside, things might seem fine, but inside there’s constant thinking, worry, or a sense of never fully being able to relax. I support clients through anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions, including relationship challenges and changes in roles or identity. My approach is gentle, supportive, and practical. I’m trauma-informed and EMDR-trained, and I help you slow things down, feel more grounded, and build tools that actually feel doable in everyday life. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. Therapy can be a space where you feel safe, supported, and more like yourself again.
