Welcome, I am glad you are here. I’m a clinically trained social worker with nearly 25 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. After raising a family and caring for my aging parents, I’m resuming my clinical hours to deepen my practice. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people navigating a wide range of issues—including sexual and domestic violence, chronic and life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, Type 1 diabetes, ALS/MS, and dementia, as well as symptoms of depression and anxiety related to everyday life. Most recently, I’ve served as a Medical Social Worker and Bereavement Coordinator at GVH, supporting patients and families across Home Health, Oncology, and Hospice. In every setting, one truth has remained clear: grief work is central to how we cope—not just with loss, but with life transitions, diagnoses, and shifting relationships. If you’re facing a new diagnosis, adjusting to a life change or struggling to manage symptoms of depression or anxiety, I’d be honored to work with you. Together, we can identify a starting point—like placing a pin on a map—and explore evidence-based tools to help you move forward with clarity, resilience, and support. I am committed to making Therapy accessible and affordable. I believe the first few sessions are yours to decide if this working relationship is a fit and should not break the bank in the process.
