Dayna is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing video telehealth, outdoor and Walk and Talk therapy. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and a certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist. Dayna supports adults and adolescents navigating: • Complex, single-incident, and developmental trauma • Anxiety, depression, stress management, and work-life balance • Grief, loss, and life transitions • Domestic violence and women’s issues Dayna believes therapeutic conversations in nature lead to deep, enduring, and meaningful healing. Her practice blends online telehealth therapy with outdoor and movement-based Walk and Talk therapy to treat the mind and body together. Dayna's work is rooted in a deep love for the living world. Dayna holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Chico. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of California, Davis. In addition to years of practice, education, and training as an individual and family therapist, she brings two decades of experience supporting people to set life goals and succeed.
