Introduction

At Mind Body Behavioral Health, we believe that meaningful healthcare starts with feeling heard, understood, and supported. We take a personalized, compassionate approach to care that recognizes the connection between mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Our goal is to work alongside you to understand your needs, navigate challenges, and develop a plan of care that feels right for you. Our services focus on psychiatric assessment and treatment, including medication management, to support your mental health needs. Mind Body Behavioral Health serves individuals throughout Illinois and Washington through telehealth services, making it easier to access care from the comfort and privacy of home. We provide treatment for a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, and other psychiatric conditions. We understand that everyone's experiences are different, and we strive to create a supportive, comfortable environment where you can feel safe discussing your concerns and working toward your goals. Dayna Long, our board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner, brings 20 years of healthcare experience to her work with patients. She values building genuine connections, listening without judgment, and collaborating with each individual to develop care that reflects their unique needs and circumstances. You don't have to navigate everything on your own. We're here to listen, support you, and help you take the next step toward better mental health and overall well-being. We welcome you to reach out to learn more or schedule an appointment.
