I’m here to partner with you in working toward your unique personal goals. Whether it’s processing past or present trauma, navigating everyday challenges, strengthening coping and social skills, recognizing and embracing your own strengths, or clarifying personal goals and how to achieve them, my goal is to be a supportive, nonjudgmental presence in your journey toward improved mental health and life satisfaction. My professional career began as an attorney advocating for children in the child welfare system. That experience sparked a deeper desire to support others in a more personal and therapeutic way, ultimately leading me to pursue a licensed psychotherapist degree. With over 20 years of combined experience across the two fields, I’ve worked with individuals of all ages facing a wide range of mental health and life challenges. I currently work with adolescents and adults, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. My approach is strengths-based and highly individualized, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to ensure that our work together is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
