Introduction

WHO I WORK WITH I partner with individuals across every stage of life—children (11+), adolescents, adults, and older adults—who are seeking a warm, supportive space to navigate mental health concerns, build practical tools, and move through life's challenges with greater ease. Whether you are managing mood and anxiety concerns, processing trauma, navigating ADHD or social dynamics, or adapting to major life, aging, and health transitions, therapy offers a compassionate place to reflect, gain clarity, and grow MY APPROACH Therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. My goal is to offer a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly and receive support tailored to your personal needs. Using a strengths-based, holistic approach that recognizes the mind–body connection, together we’ll explore personal challenges, deepen self-awareness, and develop practical strategies to strengthen resilience, foster healthy social connections, and navigate life’s transitions. I also work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and care teams when helpful to ensure well-rounded, thoughtful support. AREAS of FOCUS I support clients navigating anxiety, depression and related mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), social challenges, LGBTQ+ related concerns, high-conflict relationships, divorce and co-parenting adjustments, aging and cognitive or health-related shifts, and other significant life transitions. METHODS I integrate evidence-based approaches—including CBT, ACT, ERP, DBT, EMDR, somatic therapies, PEERS social skills training, and mindfulness practices—adapting therapy to meet each individual's unique goals and needs. BACKGROUND Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an attorney advocating for children in the foster care system, while also gaining experience in family and divorce law. In these roles, I supported children and families through complex and often high-conflict transitions. This work deepened my appreciation for resilience, systems, and the complexity of people’s lives—perspectives that continue to inform my clinical work today. EDUCATION Master of Social Work – University of Maryland School of Social Work Juris Doctor – Columbia Law School Bachelor of Arts in Psychology – University of Pennsylvania A FINAL NOTE Taking the first step toward therapy can feel like a significant decision—whether you are seeking support for yourself or a loved one. You don't have to face life’s challenges alone. I would be honored to support you and your family in building confidence, strengthening resilience, and moving forward with greater clarity and comfort.
