Introduction

I partner with children (10+), adolescents, and adults seeking support for emotional, behavioral, and life challenges, as well as individuals pursuing deeper self-understanding and meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, social difficulties, major life transitions, or feeling stuck, therapy offers a space to reflect, reset, and grow. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore challenges and build confidence. Using a strengths-based, holistic approach, together we’ll develop practical tools and insight to manage stress, strengthen resilience, deepen self-awareness, and explore the mind–body connection. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression and related mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), social challenges, LGBTQ+ related concerns, divorce and co-parenting adjustments, and other significant transitions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, somatic therapies, PEERS social skills training, and mindfulness practices, adapting therapy to each person’s unique needs and integrating approaches based on what will be most helpful. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an attorney advocating for children in the foster care system while supporting the well-being of their families. That experience strengthened my appreciation for resilience, systems, and the complexity of people’s lives — perspectives that continue to inform my clinical work today. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, following a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. I would be honored to support you in building confidence, strengthening coping skills, and feeling more at ease in your life.
