Introduction

Life can get complicated whether you're dealing with relationship challenges, family dynamics, past trauma, or internal stress. It’s hard to navigate all of that alone. As a therapist, I’m here to offer support, clarity, and a compassionate space to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll build practical tools to manage difficult thoughts and emotions so you can move through life with more ease and confidence. My background began in journalism, with a degree from New York University before earning my master’s in clinical mental health from the University of Colorado Denver. I’ve also written about mental health for publications like Vice, Allure, Business Insider, and Teen Vogue. This work that deepens my understanding of human experience and the many ways people heal. Outside of therapy, I love trail running, reading memoirs, and hosting my podcast, Soft Parts Podcast. I’m also in the process of training my rescue dog, June, to be a therapy dog. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out. Whether you’re in a tough moment or looking to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to help you move forward with warmth and support.
