My approach is considerably different from standard talk therapy. While I have 20+ years of experience in various modalities, I find the deepest and longest-lasting transformations occur when mind and body are both engaged. I use movement and mindfulness techniques to reduce unpleasant symptoms, increase self-awareness, and resolve past hurts or traumas. I specialize in adult, individual psychotherapy sessions. I have experience with issues including childhood or adult traumas, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, and grief to name a few.
