Introduction

Hi, I’m Deanna! I believe therapy is an act of trust: to be invited into the inner and outer worlds of individuals, couples, and families. When I’m in the room with you, my attention and energy are focused on understanding you, supporting you, and—when needed—challenging you. My clients often say they appreciate my direct communication style, transparency, and collaborative nature. I also bring a healthy dose of humor into the work. I integrate behavioral and relational techniques, drawing deeply from family systems theories, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotion Focused Couples Therapy. I’m especially attuned to the layered experiences—emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, AND sexual—that shape how we connect with ourselves and with each other. Therapy with me is rooted in curiosity and compassion. It’s a space where you can breathe, feel safe, and explore complex or tender parts of your life without shame. Whether you’re navigating intimacy, rebuilding trust, exploring identity, or seeking to grow relationally, I’m here to help make that journey feel possible.
