Introduction

Are you struggling? Have you been trying to figure things out on your own but feel like you are not making progress? Do you wish you had more effective tools to help you navigate your problems? Sometimes we need someone to come alongside us and help. I am passionate about working with clients from a strengths-based perspective to help them gain new perspectives, insights, and skills in an honest, supportive, collaborative, and non-judgmental way. Coming to counseling will be the beginning of a new you! As a Certified Gottman Therapist, I enjoy helping couples dealing with affairs, conflict, and communication issues. I am certified in treating ADHD in teens and adults so they can live a productive and meaningful life (not medication management). I also work with pre-marital, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, adoption, infertility, life transition, and more. Want to make more progress in a shorter amount of time? By diving deep without interruption, 1-5 day intensives can help create lasting change in a shorter amount of time. Inquire for dates and pricing. With extensive experience working in varied settings, including teaching at the University level, I look forward to working with you no matter where you are on your journey. As a Christian therapist, I also offer counseling from a Biblical perspective. Your struggles do not need to define you. You can do it! You are not alone. We can do it together.
