Introduction

From birth to death, life is full of change, challenge, and transition. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating difficulties such as trauma, Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), infidelity, communication struggles, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and neurodivergence, including high-functioning autism. I also have extensive experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and families, including transgender individuals seeking gender-affirming care. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens within a safe, supportive, and authentic relationship. I offer a warm, person-centered space where you can feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy and positive psychology with a trauma-informed focus, helping you gently understand and shift unhelpful patterns while building emotional safety, resilience, and self-trust. I specialize in helping individuals heal from CPTSD by supporting the restoration of self-worth, reconnecting with your sense of value, and fostering a more integrated and whole sense of self. This work is paced with care and compassion, honoring your story and your readiness. Life can feel overwhelming, especially during times of transition or pain. You do not have to move through it alone. I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and steadiness as you move toward healing, growth, and a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and your own.
