Introduction

From birth to death, life is full of change, challenge, and transition. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating difficulties such as trauma, Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), infidelity, communication struggles, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and neurodivergence, including autism. I also have extensive experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and families, including transgender individuals seeking gender-affirming care. As someone who has done my own healing work from CPTSD and who is both Autistic and lives with ADHD, I bring not only professional training but also lived experience to my practice. My personal journey has deepened my understanding of the courage it takes to heal from trauma, embrace neurodivergence, and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful. While every person's experience is unique, I believe healing is possible, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they discover what that looks like for them. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens within a safe, supportive, and authentic therapeutic relationship. I offer a warm, person-centered space where you can feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and trauma-informed care to help you better understand unhelpful patterns, build emotional safety, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with your sense of self. My communication style is compassionate, honest, and direct. You won't have to wonder what I am thinking or try to read between the lines. I believe clear, respectful communication creates safety, builds trust, and allows us to work together more effectively. I will meet you with empathy while also gently challenging you when it supports your growth and healing. I specialize in helping individuals heal from CPTSD by restoring self-worth, rebuilding trust in themselves, and fostering a more integrated and whole sense of identity. This work is always paced with care and compassion, honoring your story, your strengths, and your readiness for change. Whether you are recovering from trauma, navigating relationships, exploring your identity, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, you do not have to face it alone. My goal is to help each client heal from their unique experiences of pain and trauma so they can grow into the most authentic version of themselves. As self-acceptance and self-compassion deepen, many people experience reduced anxiety, depression, and reliance on unhealthy coping strategies, while developing greater resilience, healthier relationships, and a more meaningful connection to themselves and others.
