I came to this work through lived experience, curiosity, and a deep desire for something more meaningful. As a single parent navigating work, school, and life’s demands, I spent years in the corporate world before finding my way to yoga and bodywork. What began as a personal practice quickly became a path—one that helped me reconnect with myself in a way that felt grounded, honest, and sustainable. That journey ultimately led me to become a Licensed Professional Counselor, yoga teacher, and massage therapist, allowing me to support others in a truly integrative way. With nearly two decades of experience in yoga and over 16 years in massage therapy, I now blend somatic therapy, yoga psychology, breathwork, and nervous system-based practices into my clinical work. My approach is rooted in the understanding that healing doesn’t just happen through talking—it happens through the body, through awareness, and through gently learning how to be with what we feel. I specialize in working with anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. I also support clients who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we create a space where you can explore your inner experience with curiosity and compassion, while building practical tools for regulation, resilience, and change.
