Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State with over 15 years of experience providing counseling for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, and relationship challenges. I offer a supportive, client-centered approach to therapy, helping individuals navigate life transitions, build coping skills, and improve emotional well-being. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, anxiety treatment, and helping clients recover from past abuse, including sexual trauma. My work also focuses on strengthening self-esteem, increasing motivation, and creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Using a personalized approach, I support each client in identifying their needs, developing practical tools, and making meaningful, lasting changes. With a strong foundation in family systems therapy, I help clients better understand their relationships and patterns, allowing for improved communication and connection. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next step, therapy can provide clarity, direction, and hope. I believe you are the expert of your own story and that you already possess the strengths needed to overcome life’s challenges. My role is to help you access those strengths and move forward with confidence. Seeking therapy is a courageous first step. If you are ready to begin counseling for anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, or personal growth, I am here to support you.
