Introduction

You are viewed as a success, yet internally, you feel like a hot mess. There's a 'critical voice' inside your head that is constantly telling you, "You’re a fraud", "You’ll be discovered", and "Everyone will reject you"! The 'angry' part of your personality feeds these voices, and you feel wrecked for days. Next, you can count on your 'unworthy' part to begin playing on repeat. Sadly, you've heard this track so often that you now believe it. Seeking validation drives you when the 'needy' part is overactive. When validation doesn't happen, you are devastated. Your parts work overtime to protect you, but instead, leave you exhausted! I will help you learn tools to calm your nervous system so you can shake off depression anxiety, and trauma. You will build a relationship with your parts so they no longer overtake you. You will also reprocess any remaining old data, to begin living out of your TRUE self! You will not only feel relaxed and assured, you will become more empowered each day!
