Introduction

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional specializing in supporting female survivors of trauma as they work to reverse the effects of rejection, guilt, and shame through talk therapy and healthy coping strategies.** I use a holistic, integrative approach to help clients develop autonomy and reclaim a sense of power over their decisions and life choices. My work focuses on guiding clients toward discovering their true identities, restoring lost hopes and dreams, and living with intention and purpose. Clients are encouraged to explore and process their thought patterns, manage emotions, and cultivate healthy self-awareness, self-value, self-acceptance, self-forgiveness, and self-love. They also learn practical coping techniques to manage the emotional, mental, verbal, physical, and sexual impacts of trauma. A strong therapeutic relationship—rooted in trust and safety—is essential for healing. I provide a safe, non‑judgmental environment where clients can embrace openness to change, practice transparency, and develop honesty with themselves and others. My treatment approach is eclectic and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I am committed to working collaboratively with you as you pursue meaningful change and step into the fullest version of yourself. You are invited to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation appointment to determine if I am the best fit for your specific therapeutic needs. I look forward to hearing from you!
