Introduction

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience providing social, emotional, and mental health services to individuals in a variety of settings. I enjoy working with emerging adults and adults who are struggling with transitions, life balance and feeling overwhelmed. I am compassionate about helping others achieve the goals they set out for themselves so that they can live a fulfilling life. I have a straightforward and direct approach and I work well with clients who are ready to put in the time and energy to work on hard emotions and tackle obstacles. I help guide clients towards their goals while teaching practical, hands on tools to use along the way. My path to becoming a therapist has been based on years of both professional experience along with my lived experience of the different stages in my life. I am grateful to be able to work one on one to help support clients through challenging events, transitions and time periods, so that each client can feel heard, supported and empowered to live their best life. Our sessions together provide the space and time for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Together we will set goals and work during each session to meet those goals.
