Introduction

If you're feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—whether from past trauma, anxiety, addiction, relationship struggles, or difficult life transitions—you don't have to navigate it alone. I specialize in helping adults heal from the impact of trauma, overcome unhealthy coping patterns, and create more meaningful, connected lives. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or frustrated that they keep repeating the same cycles despite their best efforts to change. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, we'll work to understand what's keeping you stuck, find relief from emotional pain, improve relationships, and help you move toward the life you want to live. I am trained in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that helps people process and heal from distressing experiences and trauma. I also integrate approaches such as EFT, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and attachment-based work to meet your unique needs. As a Certified Enneagram Coach, I enjoy helping clients deepen self-awareness and understand the patterns that shape their relationships, emotions, and decisions. I am also a SYMBIS Facilitator and provide premarital and relationship counseling for couples seeking stronger, healthier connections. For clients who desire it, I am comfortable incorporating faith, spiritual discussions, and biblical principles into the counseling process. Whether you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, addiction recovery, grief, or a major life transition, my goal is to create a safe space where you feel seen, understood, and supported. Healing is possible. You don't have to stay stuck, and you don't have to do it alone. Call or text to schedule a free 15-minute consultation, or book online at Oconee Counseling. I look forward to connecting with you.
