Clinical Psychologist A Safe Space Psychotherapy
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Adjustment Disorder, Attachment Issues,

Introduction

At Safe Space Psychotherapy, my goal is to offer a safe and nurturing space where you feel truly seen and supported. Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming—you may worry about being judged, about looking inward, or about whether it will really help. I understand those fears, and I strive to create an environment of compassion, acceptance, and connection, where healing can begin. With over 20 years of experience, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches—including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I tailor my work to your unique needs, helping you move toward greater clarity, self-understanding, and growth. I work with adults and older adolescents navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship difficulties, infertility, and major life transitions. I also provide parent support, with a special focus on families of autistic children. My practice is open and affirming to all, including LGBTQ+ individuals and those who are neurodiverse. Whatever brings you here, you are welcome.
