Introduction

I'm a counselor with a deep passion for addiction work—it's where my heart is, though I'm equally committed to supporting people across the full spectrum of mental health challenges. My journey into this field started with five years in addiction services while I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Troy University, and I've been practicing as a counselor since 2024. I bring a Christian-informed perspective to my work, though my approach isn't strictly faith-based; instead, I integrate values of compassion and hope into evidence-based treatment. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, working with individuals, couples, families, and groups across all ages—from children through adults. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, or substance use concerns, I'm here to help you move toward healing and meaningful change. I currently accept private pay and am working toward insurance acceptance. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am accepting new clients.
