I have worked as a Counselor providing a variety of Counseling Services for over 30 years. I believe that counseling services can make a difference with helping you to improve your overall mental health. My counseling services will focus on your needs some which may include self esteem, social and communication skills, relationship skills, self regulation skills, and learning skills and strategies to help you to improve and manage your mood/anxiety. I predominately use modalities that align with your needs. These modalities include the following: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Logotherapy/Existentialism, , Solution Focused, and Acceptance CommittmentTherapy, Person Centered, Gestalt, Alderian, and Reality Therapy.
