Introduction

I have worked as a Counselor providing a variety of Counseling Services for over 30 years. I believe that counseling services can make a difference with helping you to improve your overall mental health. Counseling is a big step that involves our collaborative efforts and commitment to assist and work towards goals that focus on improving your relationships, self regulation, and learning skills and strategies to help improve and manage your mood/anxiety. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Logotherapy/Existentialism, Person Centered, Interpersonal, Reality, Solution Focused, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy Modalities to teach skills and strategies to promote and foster awareness/self understanding, personal growth, and improved mental health.
