Deborah is a licensed clinical therapist with over a decade of experience having worked in several different therapeutic settings across the Chicagoland area. Deborah has experience and leadership in acute residential, intensive outpatient, higher education, partial hospitalization, crisis intervention, and sober living homes. Deborah enjoys working with all people and has experience with trauma (complex, racial, and developmental), grief, self-image and identity, disordered eating, relationship dysfunction and others who identify as healthcare providers. Deborah is passionate about healing the whole person, cultivating healthy decision-making skills, and strives to develop emotionally safe spaces of non-judgment for individuals to be seen and heard. Deborah’s authentic self is rooted in values of honesty, integrity, and faith and supports increasing mental health services and awareness to all communities. When not helping others, Deborah is an adjunct professor who can also be found soaking up the sun, being a foodie with family and friends, getting lost in a good book, and obsessing about her favorite (movie & book) characters.
