I offer compassionate therapy those who feel deeply, struggle with self-doubt, overthink, and are trying to better understand yourself. I specialize in working with Asian/BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrant, and neurodivergent adults and couples on issues around identity, social anxiety, general anxiety, depression, trauma, body image, self-esteem, grief, perfectionism, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in deep respect for your unique story and inner wisdom. Drawing from parts work, somatic practices, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and multicultural frameworks — I work collaboratively to slow down and adapt to what you need in the present moment. I understand how lonely it can feel to carry parts of yourself that the world doesn’t easily make space for — and how healing it can be to have someone walk with you on the journey and truly witness you. I have been there before, and you don’t have to go through it alone. It takes a lot of courage to seek support, and finding a therapist who is the right fit can be challenging. Whether you’re ready to start therapy or simply exploring and have some questions, I welcome the opportunity to connect.
