Introduction

With a background in art education, experience supporting families throughout the joys and challenges of parenthood, and couples work, I bring a creative, compassionate, and relationship-centered approach to helping individuals and families navigate life’s transitions. I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-understanding, grief, trauma, PTSD, women's issues, relational skills, and behavioral concerns. Using a Person-Centered approach, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), couples therapy, expressive arts, attachment theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to create lasting change. My practice is rooted in empathy, belonging, and authentic connection. Together, we will build on your strengths, work toward healing, growth, and meaningful repair within yourself and your relationships.
