I’m a licensed professional counselor who works with adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Reaching out for help is not always easy, and I strive to create a safe, supportive relationship where we work together to identify underlying thoughts and patterns which may be holding you back from living the life you want. I tend to draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including person-centered, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed, and mindfulness techniques. I use an individualized approach that helps clients identify their strengths and create lasting change in their lives.
