Welcome - I’m Dedra, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Wisconsin with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in supporting individuals aged 14 and up as they navigate mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. With over three years of experience in the field, I’ve worked with a broad range of adult populations across various settings and diagnoses. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Brainspotting, and Person-Centered Therapy — always through a Trauma-Informed lens. I adapt my approach based on your unique needs, and my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Outside the therapy room, I’m a mother, a wife, a proud veteran, and someone who finds joy in sunshine, travel, and a good book. These roles help shape my perspective and allow me to connect with clients on a human level — while remaining unbiased, supportive, and professionally grounded.
