I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University and am currently a Resident in Counseling under the clinical supervision of Dr. Kelly. I enjoy partnering with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families who are experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, identity exploration, eating concerns, and life transitions. I also welcome members of the LGBTQIA+ community and offer faith-integrated counseling for clients who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into therapy. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey grounded in trust, compassion, and respect. My approach is warm, culturally responsive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Drawing on mindfulness and evidence-based practices, I help clients better understand their emotions, develop practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I also enjoy working alongside parents and families. Parenting children and adolescents through emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges can feel overwhelming, and having support can make a meaningful difference. I help parents develop strategies to improve communication, navigate behavioral challenges, better understand their child’s needs, and foster healthier family relationships. Above all, I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. Whether we are working through a difficult season, building new skills, strengthening relationships, or simply trying to understand what comes next, my goal is to meet clients where they are and support them as they move forward.
