Introduction

Let’s get straight to the point. I support clients who are carrying the weight of family trauma, chronic invalidation, anxiety, work balance, stress, and the pressure to “hold it all together.” My approach is grounded, trauma-informed, and centered around understanding how your family system shaped the ways you relate, protect, numb, or overextend yourself today. We’ll slow things down, explore your internal parts with curiosity, and build a sense of inner stability that actually feels sustainable. My background includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Art Therapy and a Master’s degree with training in Transpersonal Buddhist Psychotherapy, parts work, and psychedelic-informed care (psilocybin). I don’t push any 1 specific philosophy, instead these lenses simply give me more ways to meet you where you are, especially if you’re someone who thinks deeply, feels intensely, or is trying to make sense of complex inner experiences. I find great value in client centered approaches and forming a collaborative space. My goals are to help you understand the patterns, protectors, and family narratives that shaped you and support you in shifting them without shame. Because my practice is fully virtual and outpatient at the time, I’m not able to accept clients who are actively suicidal or engaging in active self-harm. I generally work with clients on a weekly or biweekly basis, with the option for temporary increased sessions (up to twice weekly) when needed for temporary support or stabilization. My approach focuses on helping you build skills, clarity, and internal safety so you don’t feel like you’re in therapy forever. I believe if you are here reading this you have the ability to look inward and you are curious about self growth; I hold the belief that you CAN move toward stability to live more aligned to your values.
