Introduction

We hear it all the time. You've been searching for a provider who really knows how to treat OCD, PTSD, or anxiety... No one seems to really understand... You've spent years in treatment, but haven't noticed much improvement... or worse no one calls you back. That isn't fair to you and your valuable time and resources. We set out to create a telehealth only practice that is specifically focused on helping adults and youth who experience OCD, PTSD, and anxiety. We have dedicated our careers to treating, researching, and training others how to optimally treat these conditions. We aren't the psychologists who will say they treat it all. We know what we are best at and we stick to that. We are truly dedicated to helping you learn to live a meaningful life. Delta CBT, LLC has two licensed psychologists ready to help you meet your needs. - Kimberly Sain, PhD - Dr. Kimberly Sain earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Southern Illinois University in 2018. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the AMITA Health Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital. Next, she finished a one-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Anxiety Disorders Center at the Institute of Living in 2019 and remained on staff as a licensed psychologist. Dr. Kimberly Sain specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy for OCD/anxiety in children, adolescents, and adults. She uses compassion, warmth, and humor to work collaboratively with patients to face their fears and pursue a life full of meaning and value. Dr. Kimberly Sain is passionate about using the best evidence from research to inform clinical practice. She is an avid consumer of research and has authored and co-authored multiple publications in scientific journals and presentations at national conferences. - Travis Sain, PhD - Dr. Travis Sain earned his Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Southern Illinois University in 2018. He completed his pre-doctoral internship at the VA Central Western Massachusetts Healthcare System, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the Salem VA Medical Center focused on the treatment of PTSD and trauma-related disorders. Dr. Travis Sain specializes in cognitive behavioral and acceptance-based therapies for the treatment of mood, trauma, and anxiety-related disorders. He strongly believes in the utilization of empirically supported treatments, and works hard to develop a trusting relationship with each of his clients to promote behavior change toward living a more meaningful, values-consistent life. With humor and empathy, he approaches each therapy session with the belief that we are all doing the best we can in this moment and have the ability for further growth and change.
