She is particularly skilled in supporting couples and families navigate through parenting dynamics, parenting adult children, grief and loss of loved ones, as well as divorce recovery. Her work also extends to guiding women in their next chapter after a broken relationship, adults reentering the dating world, women and couples facing postpartum and fertility challenges, and those navigating the emotional aftermath of infidelity. With a strong focus on health-related issues, Deltrina offers expert counseling for individuals and families coping with cancer and chronic illness. Before entering the counseling profession, Deltrina spent over 30 years in the corporate sector, bringing a unique perspective on managing life, relationships, and career demands. She later earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to fulfill her calling to help others heal, grow, and reconnect. In sessions, Deltrina blends an integrative approach, drawing from solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Her calm presence and thoughtful guidance create a safe space for clients to process pain, rediscover their strength, and write a new chapter for their lives and relationships.
