Welcome! I'm a master's-level clinical social worker dedicated to helping children, teens, young adults, and adults navigate life's challenges with compassion, respect, and evidence-based care. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, addiction and recovery, behavioral concerns, and relationship challenges. I also have specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, child and adolescent mental health, geriatric mental health, and substance use treatment. I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds, including military veterans, people with disabilities, and those in recovery. As a Christian, I am happy to incorporate faith into the therapeutic process when it is meaningful to you, while always respecting each client's personal beliefs and values. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and move toward the life you want to live. I earned my Master of Clinical Social Work from Spring Arbor University and am a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
