Introduction

Understanding how the mind works has been an interest of mine from an early age. After years of learning why people feel, think, and act the way they do, I offer evidenced based approaches to support clients in understanding themselves. Anxiety and depression affect most of us at some point during our lives. This doesn't have to be a permanent place. Once you learn new skills through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), you can learn to lessen these feelings and become empowered to navigate challenges. I also provide the gold standard of treatment, Exposure Ritual Prevention (ERP) to address Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I offer a 15 minute phone consultation to see if we may be a good fit.
