Introduction

***Currently Accepting New Clients*** WA state only. I help mid-career professionals in tech and corporate roles navigate career transitions, burnout, leadership stress, and ADHD. CAREER COUNSELING: STAY, PIVOT, OR BUILD You’ve built a career. But is it still the right career for you? Maybe nothing is terribly wrong. You have experience. You’re capable. You’ve worked hard to get where you are. But lately, you keep wondering: Do I stay and make this career work better? Do I pivot into something completely different? Or is it time to finally explore that business, consulting practice, side income, or idea I keep thinking about? You don’t need someone to tell you to quit your job. And you probably don’t need another personality test telling you what you should be when you grow up. You need space to figure out what fits the person you are now—and what you want the next several years of your life to look like. Imagine what life could feel like if you had systems that actually worked, consistent accountability, and someone who understood how a high drive to succeed, ADHD and AuDHD affect everyday life. Let’s reduce the EXPENSIVE pattern of: • Missing or rushing important deadlines • Working nights or weekends to compensate • Chronic overwhelm and indecision • Starting many projects but finishing few • Losing momentum in a career, leadership role, or business • Using anxiety and urgency as their only productivity system You don't have to figure it out alone. PARENT / Work Life BALANCE Parenting comes with its own set of challenges. I offer guidance to parents looking to enhance their communication with their children. I empower parents to better understand their children's unique needs, strengths, & areas of development/self-esteem and enabling them to advocate for their children to reaching their full potential. I serve as a source of invaluable guidance and support for parents offering evidence-based strategies grounded in love. Our counseling approach is centered on embracing the joys and complexities of parenthood, supporting you as you navigate the exciting transition into parenthood or adjust to new stages of family life. In addition, I specialize in supporting parents, teenagers, and siblings with Neurodiverse (Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) children. I am a dedicated and empathetic professional with a unique skill set. I possess a deep understanding of the complex dynamics that exist within such families & the impact these neurodiverse conditions can have on each family member and parenting. I work with individuals, couples and offer parenting groups. *****Areas I do NOT treat****   Because you deserve to have the best quality care, and to work with someone who has the training and structural capacity appropriate to your needs, I want you to know that I do not treat the following issues: * I am unable to treat psychotic disorders (schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, etc). * At this time, I am unable to accept new clients with suicidal ideation, recurrent self-injurious behavior (cutting, burning, etc.), or who need intensive outpatient programs. * I do not treat domestic violence and/or disputes * I do not provide court mandated treatment or assessments or provide testimony in legal cases. New clients:  choose phone consultation online to schedule yourself or give me a call, I sometimes can fit in a consult in times that aren't showing.
