Introduction

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, kindness, and respect. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can share your feelings freely. My eclectic therapeutic style draws from several evidenced-based modalities, including Rogerian, Narrative, Family Systems, and DBT. As your therapist, I will support you through self-exploration to develop greater self-awareness of your internal states, personal narratives, and behavior patterns. Through greater self-awareness, we are better equipped to enact meaningful change in our lives and improve our relationships with ourselves and others. My services are inclusive, accepting all forms of diversity. Together we'll work to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your unique needs so you can achieve your goals and lead a fulfilling life. I hope you will feel comfortable reaching out to me with any questions or concerns.
