Introduction

I believe healing happens when you feel truly heard and supported. As a counselor, I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, women's issues, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, mood disorders, PTSD, and life's major transitions. I'm particularly drawn to helping people process difficult experiences and build resilience through evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My style is solution-focused and holistic, meeting you where you are while helping you reconnect with your own strength. Whether you're managing work stress, burnout, chronic pain, life stressors, or relationship dynamics, I'm here to empower you toward meaningful change. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and accept a wide range of insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you. I am licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin.
