Introduction

Hi, I'm Dr. Denita Coile, a therapist who believes that healing is possible and that the right support can make all the difference. My path into clinical psychology grew out of a deep desire to walk alongside people in the hard seasons of life. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I tailor my approach to each person I work with. Whether that looks like challenging unhelpful thought patterns, exploring your core values, or simply learning to relate to your emotions differently, we'll find what works for you. I have a particular heart for women navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and the emotional weight of motherhood, but I work with adults and adolescents of all backgrounds. For clients who find meaning in their faith, I'm comfortable weaving that into the therapeutic process in a way that feels authentic to you. I offer outpatient individual therapy via telehealth and in-person sessions. I'd love to connect and see if we're a good fit.
