Introduction

Welcome! We are Dennis and Elizabeth McCay. Dennis is an LCSW and certified in EMDR as well as life coaching and Elizabeth has worked as a therapist and is now a Certified Life Coach and Trauma-Informed Practitioner. We are deeply passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their purpose, heal from past experiences, and rediscover a sense of calm, clarity, and confidence in their lives. Our journey began with a belief that true healing involves both the mind and the soul — that growth happens when we feel seen, supported, and empowered. At Therapeutic Concepts, LLC, our mission, “Healing Minds, Nurturing Souls,” guides everything we do. We specialize in life transitions, emotional healing, trauma recovery, and self-worth rebuilding through a compassionate, client-centered approach that integrates coaching, and holistic wellness practices. Together, we’ll create space for you to release old patterns, rediscover balance, and move forward with renewed strength and purpose.
