Introduction

we specialize in helping adults navigate ADHD and trauma — the two forces that often drive chaos, burnout, and disconnection in everyday life. Our roots are in community mental health, where our work began alongside individuals and providers facing complex, systemic barriers to care. After years of witnessing high provider turnover and clients feeling stuck in endless therapy loops, we set out to build something different: a practice that supports both the community and the clinicians who serve it. We take a no-bullshit approach to therapy — one grounded in compassion, accountability, and evidence-based care. We’re not here to “fix” you; we’re here to help you understand your patterns, rebuild trust with yourself, and learn practical tools that last long after therapy ends. Our therapists believe deeply in client autonomy. The goal is always for you to graduate from therapy, not stay dependent on it. We work best with clients who are ready to do the work — people who want real change, not quick fixes. If you’re still on the fence about therapy, we might not be the right fit (and that’s okay). But if you’re ready to look inward, be challenged, and start moving toward a calmer, more focused, and more authentic version of yourself, we’re ready to walk alongside you.
