As a veteran with lived experience of intergenerational trauma, I bring understanding to this work. What looks like strength can sometimes be a way we learned to survive. Through my ROOTED Framework, we’ll explore how these experiences may affect your relationships, boundaries, sense of self, and well-being. Together, we can process grief and trauma, recognize inherited patterns, and develop healthier responses. You deserve more than a life shaped by survival.
