You’re the woman others count on. Whether you’re building a business, leading a team, serving your country, or caring for family, you’ve learned to show up and push through. But who takes care of you? Maybe you’re tired of being "strong". Slowing down may bring guilt, asking for help may feel uncomfortable, and setting boundaries may leave you questioning yourself. You may repeat family patterns you hoped to break, silence your needs to avoid conflict, or wonder who you are beyond your roles. You may be navigating grief, painful experiences, or the need to stay guarded. I work with Black and Brown businesswomen and women veterans who want to understand how family patterns, past experiences, and life’s demands shape how they cope, connect, and care for themselves. As a veteran with lived experience of intergenerational trauma, I bring understanding to this work. What looks like strength can sometimes be a way we learned to survive. Through my ROOTED Framework, we’ll explore how these experiences may affect your relationships, boundaries, sense of self, and well-being. Together, we can process grief and trauma, recognize inherited patterns, and develop healthier responses. You deserve more than a life shaped by survival. You can honor your history without repeating every pattern and make room for your needs, voice, and well-being. Healing begins with understanding your story and choosing what to carry forward. When you’re ready, let’s begin Creating a Legacy of Healing®.
