Introduction

"The glory of God is man fully alive." -St. Irenaeus It is a profound blessing to be able to share in Christ's healing ministry to his Church. As both a psychotherapist and a spiritual director, I bring a unique perspective to my work, blending both fields in collaboration with the people I work with to handcraft a personalized approach for each individual. My work is rooted in the truths that as grace perfects nature, and both faith and reason come from the Truth himself, then psychology can provide a wealth of tools to help us on our pilgrimage to heaven. I draw from a wide variety of modalities to support my clients, including Person-Centered Therapy, ACT, IFS, and Somatic Experiencing. I am especially passionate about working with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, scrupulosity, clergy and religious, and spiritual development. I have degrees in psychology from both the University of North Florida and Naropa University, and have been missioned as a spiritual director by the Lanteri Center for Ignatian Spirituality in Denver, CO. I'm happy to accompany you wherever you are on your spiritual journey.
