I offer a supportive space for adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, ADHD, family conflict, and trauma. My approach is integrative and informed by evidence-based practices, including ACT, CBT, DBT, and other treatment approaches tailored to your needs and goals. Together, we will focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change.
