Introduction

I provide virtual therapy for clients in Indiana and Florida and offer wellness coaching nationwide. My work is centered on helping individuals who sense that unresolved experiences, old patterns, or past wounds are limiting their ability to live fully, connect authentically, and move forward with confidence. My approach is compassionate, holistic, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we learn to listen to both the mind and body. I help clients develop deeper self-understanding, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their authentic selves through mindful self-awareness. I also incorporate skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation, self-compassion, and meaningful change. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Purdue University and a Master of Social Work from Indiana University. I completed my clinical supervision training in a residential treatment facility for adolescents and teens and have experience working with women, LGBTQ+, military families, and veterans. My areas of focus include women's issues, mood disorders, perinatal experiences, parent-child relationships, life transitions, and personal transformation. I have training in psychedelic integration and spiritual awakening, supporting clients as they make meaning of profound experiences and integrate lasting insights into everyday life. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply ready for a new way of being, I offer a supportive space to explore, heal, and grow. My ideal client is someone who is ready to release patterns that no longer serve them, deepen their connection with themselves, and create a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and authentic. I use a restorative pricing model that aligns fees with each client’s individual circumstances, ensuring therapy remains accessible. This approach supports equity, sustainability, and a therapeutic relationship grounded in care and respect.
