Introduction

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping clients work through trauma, anxiety, stress, and life transitions. My approach combines TF-CBT and DBT to provide practical tools, coping strategies, and insight that fit your unique needs. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel both comfortable and challenged, allowing real growth to take place. Together, we’ll build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and work toward meaningful, lasting change so you can move forward with confidence. In our first session together, here's what you can expect: During your first initial session, we’ll begin with a brief overview of confidentiality, consent, and what therapy with me looks like. I’ll complete a collaborative assessment to understand what brings you in, your history, current symptoms and stressors, strengths, and determine what’s helped or not helped previously. I’ll ask focused questions about patterns, safety, and daily functioning. Together we’ll set a goal that you want to achieve throughout the process, and agree on session frequency. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions: What stands out about my approach is the balance of structure and compassion I bring to therapy. I integrate Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide evidence-based tools that are tailored to each client’s needs. This means sessions may include processing past experiences, learning skills to manage emotions, or practicing healthier coping strategies. The clients I'm best positioned to serve: As an LCSW, I provide therapy to teens and adults facing anxiety, life changes, stress, and other life challenges. I am especially experienced in supporting young adults, though I welcome and provide care to clients of all ages. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your needs. I am trained in both TF-CBT and DBT to assist with trauma related symptoms and concerns.
